Job Title: Aftercare Assistant, Part-time (12.5 hrs./wk.)

Reports to: Principal

Location: St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School | Naples, FL.

Overview

St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School is seeking an After School Assistant. This part-time position requires estimated 12.5 hours per week in the afternoon. As an aftercare assistant, you will assist in the supervision of students in all grade levels in the school's aftercare program.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise students during all after-school activities.
• Communicate with parents regarding activities/interactions with students.
• Works with various age/grade groups.
• Aids students with homework.
• Implements age-appropriate activities.
• Monitors safety for students always.
• Maintains discipline and decorum.
• Maintains a clean and organized classroom.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Previous childcare experience.
• Positive attitude and commitment to our school mission.
• Patience and creativity required; maintain a calm nature in a sometimes-chaotic environment.
