Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Honolulu, HI, for an Asset Protection Partner. The Asset Protection Partner will proactively monitor and prevent potential theft, ensure the safety and security of customers and employees, and assist teammates in maintaining a secure and respectful shopping environment. Additional tasks include conducting investigations, enforcing compliance with policies, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. This role requires a focus on consistent communication and situational awareness to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong observation and surveillance skills, with an ability to identify potential risks or suspicious behaviors.
• Knowledge of theft prevention strategies and proficiency in investigating incidents effectively.
• Experience in enforcing company policies, ensuring compliance, and handling challenging situations with professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to provide clear and concise reports.
• Team collaboration skills to work effectively with store employees, management, and law enforcement.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to balance security needs and positive customer experiences.
• High-level integrity, attention to detail, and reliability in all job responsibilities.
• Experience or training in asset protection, loss prevention, or security is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security/safety-related fields are advantageous.
