We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations within our dealership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage and optimize the finance department while ensuring excellent customer service. The Automotive Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing robust financial strategies and building strong relationships with customers and financial partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the finance department, including loan origination, credit approvals, and financial compliance.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide seamless financing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to increase profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations and dealership policies.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in automotive finance management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, loan processing, and insurance products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
