Role Summary : BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation tasks across disciplines, ensuring compliance with project and contract requirements. Responsibilities : Create, update, and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Clash detection, model auditing, and coordination reviews with project teams. Prepare documentation and deliverables in line with project and contract requirements. Contribute to the implementation of digital workflows, integrating BIM models into project management systems. Ensure BIM deliverables meet client expectations and align with project objectives. Requirements : Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or a related field. At least 3 years of BIM and VDC experience . Specialist Diploma in BIM or related field.zoom Accreditation in DDM Tier 4 , or equivalent qualifications and skills as outlined in the DDM accreditation criteria.
