This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Analyst responsible for providing financial acumen and business support to the Connected team. This includes developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts, building business case forecasts, developing and tracking KPIs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support strategies that enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with IOT functional owners to understand their strategic initiatives, learn key business drivers, and evaluate project impacts to optimize ROI. This position is based in Rheems Enterprise Division in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) . Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Participate in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, tracking, and analyzing financial performance. Identify opportunities, challenges, risks, and escalate as needed. Conduct multi-year project-based financial analyses and support strategic initiatives with business case forecasting. Business Operations Prepare financial and business reports, including KPI tracking, and support dashboard development. Assist in creating leadership and executive presentations. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. 0-2 years of relevant internship or business experience in financial planning and analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Creative, innovative problem-solver with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in teams. Passion for growth and staying updated with IoT trends. Preferred Qualifications Experience in HVAC or Water Heater Industry is a plus.
