The role supports digital retailing initiatives like R2B, manages employee, consumer, and vendor issues, ensures ICC compliance, maintains staffing levels, and drives sales targets across all channels. It also involves CRM metric accountability, sales team training, coaching, and KPI achievement. Wage: $58,240.00/year Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, auto dealership and car sales experience, auto financing knowledge, experience with auto lenders, supervisory or managerial experience with P&L responsibility, knowledge of F&I processes, industry pricing tools, vehicle features, and benefits. Strong management, communication, problem-solving, computer literacy, sales, F&I skills, self-motivation, goal orientation, and customer service skills are essential.
