Job Description

THIS IS A COOKING POSITION - YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COOK AND PREPARE FOOD FOR 50-350 INDIVIDUALS AT ONE TIME

You must be capable of cooking and preparing meals - If you do not have cooking/food preparation experience this job is not for you

You must be capable of placing food orders via iPad/Online/Phone - Do not apply if you have never placed a product order

Full equipped kitchen available at your disposal, options for full time employment or contract agreements per event.

Responsibilities

• Follow event menus and schedules in accordance with customer needs
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely manner
• Manage health and safety guidelines in food preparation
• Coordinate with staff and client to ensure the best service is met

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a caterer or a similar position
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with little supervision
• Knowledgeable of food preparation and pairings
