urkish Cuisine Chef – Full Time
Location: Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA
We are seeking an experienced Turkish Cuisine Chef for a full-service restaurant in Hollywood.
Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Turkish dishes (meze, kebabs, grills, hot dishes)
Maintain high food quality, consistency, and presentation
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Keep kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with local health codes
Requirements:
Proven experience in Turkish cuisine
Valid California Food Handler Certificate (required)
Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience
Overtime paid per California law
