This is where you come in. We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to streamline communication, manage strategic projects, and ensure seamless execution of executive initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with the Executive, capturing action points, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align business initiatives with broader goals through strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Prepare agendas, prioritize meetings, and optimize the executive's time.
  • Translate complex data into clear visuals and narratives for executive alignment.
  • Attend meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
  • Distribute tasks with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Follow up with stakeholders and escalate blockers.
  • Keep the Executive informed of outstanding actions and updates.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the Executive Assistant.
  • Support research and preparation as needed.
  • Manage projects and ensure their execution.
  • Maintain accountability in meetings with key leaders.
  • Work on-site in Belmont, CA, five days a week.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in operational or project management supporting senior leadership.
  • Success in fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
