Civil Litigation Attorney

A dynamic and growing litigation boutique law firm with a national practice is seeking confident and ambitious Associate Attorneys with 3-6 years of civil defense litigation experience for its offices in Tarrytown, NY; Princeton, NJ; and Philadelphia, PA . This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of highly respected litigators who handle complex disputes across industries and jurisdictions.

About the Role

• Civil Defense Litigation: Defend clients in a wide range of matters, from complex commercial disputes to personal injury claims.
• Case Management: Take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities including client reporting, written discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial preparation, and trials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with experienced civil litigation partners in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-6 years of civil defense litigation.
• Education: Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, research, and writing abilities.
• Knowledge: Must be well-versed in applicable state practice rules and procedures.
