As a Cleaning and Sanitation Specialist at SSP America, you will:

• Enhance guest experiences by maintaining clean and hygienic work areas
• Ensure the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment, including floors, walls, windows, tables, and kitchens
• Dispose of waste in designated areas efficiently
• Reset dining areas and transport service-ware for cleaning
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans, or operate dishwashers to ensure proper storage
• Use specific cleaning chemicals safely to meet health standards, which may include heavy equipment
• Assist guests with specific requests and communicate needs to the team
• Help with loading and unloading supply trucks, ensuring smooth transfers between storage and work areas
• Stock, date, rotate, and monitor food item temperatures
• Perform additional duties as necessary
