Location: Bidwell, OH
Pay: $16/hour with benefits after 90days 

Join Silver Bridge Coffee , Ohio’s favorite specialty coffee roaster! We’re a small, family-operated company passionate about crafting exceptional coffee and building strong relationships with our customers. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help roast coffee and deliver it to local Kroger stores.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver freshly roasted coffee to Kroger stores in a company vehicle

• Assist with roasting, packaging, and production

• Maintain a clean, food-safe workspace

• Represent Silver Bridge Coffee with professionalism and great customer service

Schedule

• Deliveries: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Monday (start at 4 AM)

• Roasting/Production: Wednesdays and Fridays (start between 8–10 AM, depending on need)

• Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable with early mornings and physical work

• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn (roasting training provided!)
