Commercial Cleaner

Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Cleaner and be a vital part of our team dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning services in Fort Wayne, IN. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to creating clean and welcoming environments for our clients.

Bourbon: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1 hr clean (Friday is weekend optional)

Plymouth: Wednesday & Friday 1 hr clean (Friday is weekend optional)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies correctly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
