About Us:
Nations Roof, one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., is looking for a skilled Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our dynamic team. With locations in major metro areas nationwide, we handle a diverse range of projects, including new construction, renovations, industrial, hospitality, and green roofs, along with ongoing maintenance and repairs. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of roofers, providing hands-on training and guidance to workers, from rookies to experienced crew members.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of various roofing systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs.
• Review and interpret blueprints to ensure the job is done right the first time.
• Run job sites efficiently and safely, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Foster a positive, safety-first work environment by enforcing PPE use, fall protection, and other safety protocols.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Complete daily reports and ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
• Ensure high-quality work while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Proven expertise in installing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roof systems.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a crew.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure job accuracy.
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to teach others about job-site safety requirements.
• Willingness to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, including weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, insurable driving record.

Extra Skills/Experience That’s a Plus:

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing manufacturers’ procedures and inspection processes.
• Additional experience with metal roof applications is a plus.
