Computer Operator

Arrowhead Promotion is seeking a Computer Operator to monitor and manage computer and electronic data processing systems in accordance with established operating procedures. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing batch print jobs, managing file imports, and performing a variety of auditing and administrative tasks to ensure all systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process batch jobs (Runsheets) handling preparation and output.
• Prepare and attach required paperwork.
• Configure computer to produce output files.
• Run computer job to generate output files.
• Produce output print, email, file transfer, etc.
• Carefully QA output.
• Electronically move batch to the next step and deliver to the next department for further processing.
• Configure large form commercial printer for print jobs as necessary, load appropriate stock, print job, and carefully QA output.
• Meticulously follow standardized operating procedures to perform tasks accurately and consistently.
• Transport large boxes of various paper stock between storeroom and printer to accommodate large print jobs.
• Perform/Process standard QA procedures/Audit Reports to ensure systems are performing as intended.
• Issuing work tickets or following up with peers in the IT department when issues are identified.
• Perform various computer tasks based on documented schedule.
• Communicate to leadership within IT and across appropriate departments when issues arise putting turn time expectations in jeopardy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Type: This is a full-time in person position; the department runs varied 8-hour shifts per day. Operating hours of the department range from 6am 10pm, Monday - Friday. We are looking to fill the evening shift, 2pm -10pm. Responsibilities may vary based on shift time.
