Job Description

Crosby leadership is looking for hungry individuals that are looking to be invested in and given the opportunity for growth.

Project Types: Industrial, industrial maintenance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, data centers, and commercial type projects.

Pay: $30-$40 Hour and up depending on experience + Bonus opportunities

FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing electrical installation to ensure adherence to plans/specs
  • Working alongside your team in the field to maintain construction schedule
  • Be able to evaluate applicants and hire on the jobsite
  • Maintain and enforce safety rules and a safety-first culture
  • Interpreting plans and coordinating with other trades
  • Implementing strategies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 + years experience as a working Forman
  • 8 + years of Electrical experience
  • A Journeyman license is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in reading plans and coordinating with other trades
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record
