Macdonald & Company are proudly partnered with a privately held Real Estate investor and developer, who develop Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Affordable Housing and Market-Rate Multifamily projects, as they seek to appoint a Chief Operating Officer or Head of Operations.
The Role
The COO will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, overseeing areas inclusive of Asset Management, HR, Marketing & Communications, Property Management, Social & Corporate Governance, and IT. The individual appointed will require a deep LIHTC/affordable housing background to be successful in this role, with a background in Asset Management and Property Management.
