Job Title: Custodian / General Labor Support

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 

Shift: Monday to Friday - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Location: Wheeling, IL

Requirements: Resume / Interview / Authorization to work in the U.S.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian / General Labor Support team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This position includes custodial duties throughout office, production, and shipping areas, as well as hands-on support for shipping, maintenance, and production departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Cleaning & Sanitation

• Stock restrooms, kitchens, and supply areas.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners in assigned areas.
• Vacuum rugs and carpets in office and inspection areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, and breakrooms.
• Mop and sweep floors in offices, entryways, and production/shipping areas.
• Operate floor-cleaning machines as required.
• Clean counters, tables, and appliances in break areas.
• Wash interior and exterior windows as needed.
• Dust surfaces, vents, window ledges, and other high-reach areas.
• Sanitize door handles and high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness in entryways and foyers.
• Dispose of garbage and recyclables properly and promptly.

Equipment & Vehicle Care

• Wipe down machines in the shop and production areas.
• Clean company vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
