Location: St. Albans, WV

Compensation: $15–$17 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility available)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking several Data Entry Clerks to support various administrative and data processing tasks. These are fully onsite roles with the potential for contract-to-hire opportunities for high-performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems
  • Assist with onboarding by distributing digital contract links
  • Upload documentation into the client’s CRM
  • Export reports and documents from online platforms
  • Format and organize spreadsheets (training provided)
  • Maintain and update profiles and contract records
  • Collaborate with internal team for ongoing training and support

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of administrative or data entry experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Typing accuracy and speed
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data validation is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to focus in a fast-paced environment
