Job Description

The Delivery Associate/Stocker will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing deliveries, while maintaining stock levels within the warehouse. This position requires a diligent individual who can handle physically demanding tasks and work collaboratively with a team to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring that products are stored accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and pack orders accurately for delivery, ensuring that quantities and product specifications are met.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, assisting in the sorting and placement of products within the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management by reporting discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules and improve service levels.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management to ensure operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items—physical stamina and strength are necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate stock handling and order preparation.
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience in a delivery, warehousing, or stock management role is preferred but not required.
• Experience with operating warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) is beneficial.
• Customer service experience is an advantage to enhance delivery experience.
