Job Title: Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator
Reports To: Director, Digital Product & Acquisition
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Anticipated salary range is $50k – $60k annually
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator will play a key role in executing and optimizing T3’s digital commerce and marketing initiatives. This role will support day-to-day operations across content management, creative production, development coordination, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Creative Project Management
● Manage campaign execution using Wrike (ticket creation, approvals, asset uploads)
● Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, analytics) and external partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time and align with brand strategy
● Support execution of TikTok Live strategies, including planning, promotion, and post-performance recap
Marketing Calendar & Campaign Planning
● Own the digital marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with brand and promotional strategy
● Maintain real-time updates and communicate changes to internal and external stakeholders
● Translate brand goals into integrated digital marketing plans across media, social, content, and email
Ecommerce Site Management
● Manage day-to-day site updates (DTC & B2B), seasonal launches, and promotional activations on Shopify Plus
● Support the rollout of new features focused on loyalty, personalization, and on-site content
● Partner with external developers and agencies to prioritize and execute optimization initiatives
● Lead ongoing UX enhancements (e.g., A/B testing, merchandising improvements) to increase conversion
Performance Analytics & Reporting
● Deliver weekly campaign performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations
● Track key ecommerce KPIs: revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, customer acquisition, LTV, and cohort behavior
● Align with planning and merchandising teams to balance demand forecasting and inventory availability
What You Bring
● 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or integrated marketing strategy
● Experience with Shopify Plus and ecommerce best practices
● Strong understanding of the digital consumer journey across paid, social, and owned channels
● Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to manage cross-functional workstreams
● Comfort working with analytics tools to extract insights and guide decision-making
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
