Job Description Job Description We are looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Assist in installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, condensers, furnaces, and mini-splits Help load/unload materials and prepare job sites Support lead installers with measurements, tools, and clean-up Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Learn and grow under the guidance of senior team members Qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC (required minimum 2 years) Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills High school diploma or GED Basic hand tool knowledge Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Company Description Air-Kool Heating & Air, LLC is an Small Family Owned Company, has proudly served the cooling and heating needs of the Dallas-Fort Worth residential community since 2012.
