Pay Range: $16.00-22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installer , you will:

• Assist with the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems.
• Work on both residential and light commercial job sites under the guidance of experienced installers.
• Use basic hand tools and learn to read schematics and blueprints.
• Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed.
• Keep job sites clean and organized and help track materials used.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction, mechanical, or HVAC-related work.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn- we will train the right candidate!
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• EPA certification is a bonus but not required to start.
