Your Role


As a Client Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming their trusted style confidante. You will service clients both in-store and digitally, utilizing the latest technology for outreach and sales. The role requires expertise in fashion and trends, both in person and online. This position is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do



  1. Maintain a customer-centric approach.

  2. Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, leveraging technology and wardrobing to improve sales.

  3. Showcase products differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person.

  4. Use selling tools and digital store technology to sell, utilizing omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.

  5. Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.

  6. Develop strategies to increase productivity through wardrobing, outreach, and technology.

  7. Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic.

  8. Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

What You Bring



  1. Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.

  2. Experience with technology and digital sales tools.

  3. Background in styling, fashion, and retail.

  4. High School Diploma or equivalent.
