Your responsibilities will include: Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect outfit or accessory and providing personalized styling recommendations. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including the latest fashion trends, designers, and unique pieces in the boutique. Stay updated with the ever-evolving fashion industry to offer expert advice and make informed suggestions to customers. Sales and Conversion: Demonstrate exceptional sales skills by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting merchandise to drive sales. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring a seamless checkout process. Visual Merchandising: Assist Visual Merchandiser in maintaining an attractive and visually appealing boutique environment. Participate in visual merchandising activities, such as arranging displays, organizing inventory, and ensuring products are well-presented and accessible. Clienteling: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, building a loyal client base through personalized follow-ups, styling tips, and special promotions. Provide outstanding after-sales service to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals. Compensation between $14-$17+/hr Qualifications Previous retail experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury boutique setting. Passion for fashion, with a strong sense of style and trend awareness. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
