Female Nursery Manager | Nursery Manager in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced female nursery manager to lead our nursery operations in Dubai. As the nursery manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth functioning of the nursery facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all daily activities, staff, and facilities of the nursery
2. Implement the educational programs and curriculum activities as per guidelines
3. Lead, manage, and motivate the team of nursery nurses and support staff
4. Ensure nursery policies, procedures, and UAE standards of care are maintained
5. Observe children’s progress and prepare developmental reports
6. Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns
7. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for the children
8. Manage budgets, supplies, payments, enrollment records as per regulations
9. Hire and train nursery staff while adhering to Emiratization quotas
10. Keep up-to-date with developments in early childhood education and safety norms in the UAE
    

Requirements:

1. Female candidate (due to UAE childcare regulations)
2. Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
3. Masters in Early Childhood preferred
4. At least 5 years in a Nursery Management role
5. Experience of managing a nursery in the GCC is preferred
6. Outstanding leadership, communication and organizational abilities
7. In-depth knowledge of nursery operations and child development
8. A nurturing personality with a passion for early years education
9. Ability to work comfortably within a multicultural environment
10. Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
11. Willingness to work flexible hours as a Nursery Manager

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be a native speaker of English

Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered

Prefer candidates with international experience

Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Additional:

**Your bachelor's degree MUST be in Early Childhood
**Having a Master's is beneficial to your application
**Experience of teaching in the Middle East is beneficial to your application
**Offering a secondary subject, this would help your application
**Singles teachers or teaching couples with NO CHILDREN are preferred

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE

Gratuity Amount:

Gratuity Amount of the end of service bonus pay is 3 weeks per annum completed and paid at the end of the contract is provided

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
