Grow with Purpose.   SodexoMagic is seeking a dynamic  Food Production Manager to join our team at  Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK)—  Toyota’s largest vehicle production facility in the world — located in  Georgetown, KY , just north of Lexington. This is a  high-visibility role at a flagship manufacturing campus, serving thousands of team members daily in one of the most fast-paced and operationally complex environments in corporate dining.   Georgetown i s a growing, family-friendly city in the heart of Kentucky’s  Bluegrass Region , known for its welcoming community, scenic horse farms, historic downtown charm, and proximity to Lexington’s thriving culinary and cultural scene. In this  production-focused culinary leadership role, you’ll report to the Campus Executive Chef and play a critical part in daily kitchen execution, food quality, and back-of-house operations. With over $3.5 million in annual volume , this is a unique opportunity to lead from the front and make a daily impact at a showcase account.   What You'll Do: Oversee daily production across multiple café and catering platforms Lead and inspire culinary teams to deliver fresh, flavorful, and high-quality meals at scale Uphold safety, sanitation, and HAACP compliance with precision Support training, coaching, and development of the culinary team Execute consistently in a fast-paced environment focused on excellence and innovation What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
