Job Description

Weekend shift - Reach Operator Fri- Mon 7:00am-5:30pm
Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team in Woodridge. This role is critical to the efficient handling, movement, and storage of inventory while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Essential Functions:

• Operate a Reach Truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise accurately and safely.

• Load and unload trailers and move product to designated storage areas using a Reach Truck and other powered industrial equipment as needed.

• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to complete order picking, inventory movement, and location confirmation.

• Perform put-away and replenishment tasks following proper procedures and safety standards.

• Conduct equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist with general warehouse duties including packing, sorting, labeling, and material handling as needed.

• Support team leads and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in operating Reach Trucks and other warehouse equipment (sit-down forklift, cherry picker.)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Basic computer/data entry skills for WMS use.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Valid Reach Truck certification (or ability to become certified).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
