Job Description

Location: Newport News, VA Clearance Required: Secret Telework: No We are seeking a Front-End Developer with strong experience in Java, object-oriented programming, and modern front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a background in web UI design, containerized environments, and automated testing. Responsibilities

• Develop front-end solutions using Java, Spring, Node.js, NPM, and related frameworks.
• Use build ecosystems such as Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins.
• Implement automated testing with tools like JUnit, Jest, Robot, or Selenium.
• Create and support UI components using frameworks such as Angular, React, Quasar, or Material.
• Work in virtual machine environments and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Apply Agile methodologies in development.
• Troubleshoot using secure coding standards and perform vulnerability analysis with SonarQube and Fortify.
• Collaborate with teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.

Qualifications

• With Technical BS: 5+ years of experience
• Strong Java and JavaScript/Node.js programming skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development and DevSecOps best practices.
• Knowledge of STIGs, secure coding, and DoD compliance is a plus.
