Love Christmas? Love designing? Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland is seeking a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is not eligible for remote work. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a festive atmosphere and enjoys working on a variety of projects throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with catalog team to design the annual catalog.

• Create print and digital projects including brochures, flyers, newsletters, ads, billboards, and in-store signage.

• Prepare files for 4-color printing and coordinate with printers, including requesting quotes and ensuring quality standards.

• Assist with social media, digital marketing, and website content.

• Edit and prepare photos (color correction, knockouts, file organization).

• Operate and maintain printers (laser and large-format), mounting, and laminating equipment.

• Support company archives and photo file organization.

• Assist with design and schedule of electronic sign messaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree plus 2 years of work experience in graphic design field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Knowledge of 4-color print preparation and printing processes (Data Merge experience helpful).

• Ability to manage multiple graphic design projects simultaneously, design both print and digital materials, and oversee printer coordination with strong attention to detail and quality.

• Strong design layout and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Positive, flexible, and easygoing team player who can also work independently.

• Excellent proofing, communication (oral and written), and time-management skills.

• Experience in social media, photography, HTML/web design, video production, blog content creation, and marketing is desirable.

• Open to feedback and direction, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Must be able to work fully on site (remote work is not available).

• Preferred candidates will live within 60 miles of 25 Christmas Lane, Frankenmuth, MI.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday , with occasional weekends and evenings as needed. Remote work is not available.

• Prolonged periods of sitting for computer-based work.

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
