Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations across our Starbucks locations inside JFK International Airport . This is a high-impact, multi-unit leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in managing high-volume food & beverage concepts. You’ll be responsible for delivering operational excellence, developing strong teams, and ensuring a consistent and elevated guest experience across multiple Starbucks units. What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple Starbucks stores at JFK Lead and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Baristas Ensure all stores are meeting or exceeding performance goals, including customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and speed of service Drive staffing, training, and development across all units Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and food safety compliance Act as the key liaison between store teams and Villa Restaurant Group leadership What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of General Manager experience, preferably in a multi-unit or high-volume QSR or café setting Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Solid understanding of operational KPIs, scheduling, labor management, and inventory control Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (50-55 hour work weeks) Must be able to pass the airport background check and badging process What We Offer Competitive salary (85,000-100,000 Based on experience) Paid time off Bonus potential Benefits (health and life insurance) Company matching 401k Great work environment Career advancement A fast-paced, high-profile airport environment with nationwide brand recognition Lead with purpose.
