The selected candidate will conduct investigations and research pertaining to this Agency’s disciplinary program under Section 75 of the New York Civil Service Law and internal policies; conduct fact-finding interviews; prepare written and statistical reports; utilize computer systems to assist in the processing of investigations; maintain case records; serve legal process; give testimony at administrative proceedings; review referrals of allegations to determine appropriate action; review and maintain agency policies, procedures and regulations regarding employee discipline, and conduct extensive field work. Authorization to work in the United States is required for this position.
