Accountabilities

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will:

• Develop, update, and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to analytical products, metrics, and reporting packages.
• Map and document security controls and process flows for research and analysis purposes.
• Organize and maintain a metrics and reporting inventory to support strategic initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses that provide insights for decision-making and strategy development.
• Support automation maturity efforts and assist in researching security platform systems and processes.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School diploma/GED with two years of administrative support experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Basic experience with programming languages such as Python, R Studio, or SQL.
• Familiarity working with structured and unstructured data sources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain analyses, project risks, and technical concepts clearly.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
• Openness to learning, creative problem-solving, and contributing to cybersecurity-related activities.
