Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW,LMFT or LPC)

$6000 retention bonus offered!

Location: Okemos, MI

Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6pm with some flexibility (some evening hours as needed.

Compensation: Fully licensed: $57,200 - 65,200 based on experience

Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated fully licensed professional to provide high-quality behavioral services in a supportive, client-centered, and fun professional environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual and family therapy services across diverse populations
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
• Support clients navigating mental health, social challenges, and community resources.

What You Bring:

• Master's degree in social work
• Active license in Michigan
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Stay current on all CMH required trainings
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), MI Bridges (MDHHS), SOS System
• Provide referrals when needed to community resources or other health providers
• 1+ year of experience working with children
