- Handle a workload of lucrative cases from the start of litigation through trial
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal assistants and work with them on a day-to-day basis
- 1+ Years of Experience in Civil Litigation (Personal Injury preferred)
- J.D. Degree or Esquire
- Experience drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
- 1st Chair Trial Experience Strongly Preferred
- Competency in Case-Management Software
