We areseeking a Board-Certified Hospitalist Medicine Physician (Nocturnist) toprovide locum tenens coverage at a leading healthcare facility in Anchorage, AK.

AssignmentDetails

• Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Days, Nights, and Weekends)
• Schedule: Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts as needed
• Call: Rotating call schedule
• Coverage Requirement: Must be willing to work 7 consecutive shifts, preferably 2 weeks per month 

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient hospitalist care during night shifts
• Admit, manage, and coordinate care for a variety of adult medical conditions
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Respond to nighttime emergencies and rapid responses
• Accurately document all patient encounters in the facility’s EMR
• Participate in rotating call coverage as needed 

Requirements

• Board Certification:
• American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (FM)
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Alaska medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Flexibility: Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
• Ability to work 7 consecutive shifts, ideally 2 weeks per month
