\n Machine Operator
\n1st shift Monday–Thursday | 6:00am to 4:30pm
\nPay $19.00 hour
\nPaid Weekly
\n Temp to perm opportuinty
\nFridays Off!
\n What You’ll Do:
Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently
\n\t\n\tLoad parts and verify settings by measuring first-run and sample parts
\n\t\n\tMaintain production targets for cycle time, quality, and quantity
\n\t\n\tUse hand tools like calipers, micrometers, and inspection gauges
\n\t\n\tEnsure part quality through in-process inspections
\n\t\n\tAssist with troubleshooting and corrective actions when needed
\n\t\n\tAccurately complete inspection paperwork (IP sheets)
\n\t\nExperience with hand tools and measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
\n\t\n\tPrevious machine operation experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
\n\t\n\tFamiliarity with blueprints and mechanical drawings
\n\t\n\tHigh school diploma or GED
\n\t\n\tReliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
\n\t\nThree-day weekends – Fridays off!

The facility manufactures high-precision parts for Polaris products — particularly motorcycle crankcases, heads, and pivot tubes. Team members support operations such as die casting, machining, assembly, and quality inspection to ensure our parts meet the highest standards..
