Nextran Truck Centers Medium-Duty Diesel Technician - Jacksonville, FL Are you looking to further develop your profession into a career? Are you driven by opportunity? Nextran Truck Centers is hiring! As a Medium-Duty Diesel Technician, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Accurate diagnosis and essential repair of commercial vehicles
• Quality and cost-effective preventive maintenance
• Effective communication with the parts department and the service advisor
• Safe movement of trucks/equipment to/from shop and yard area
• Reporting machinery defects and malfunctions
• Documentation of all work performed
• First in class customer service

Preferred Candidates have the following:

• Prior experience with medium-duty and/or commercial vehicle repair; prefer at least 12 months' experience
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record, CDL preferred
• Customer-focused mindset
• Computer experience necessary to perform diagnostics and research
• Experience working on Mack, Volvo or Isuzu engines
• ASE Certified or Technical School training

Compensation: $22 - $30/hour
