You'll guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging your expertise to match them with the best financing options. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a robust pipeline, funding at least two loans per month Expertly navigate the loan origination process from application to closing Provide strategic advice on home loan options tailored to each client's needs Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with our #ChampionofLoans Team to deliver seamless customer experiences Qualifications What We're Looking For: Spanish Speaking is preferred Active NMLS License (or in the process of obtaining one) DFPI endorsement (or willingness to achieve) Minimum 2 years of mortgage lending or related experience Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in industry-standard software and Microsoft Office suite Compensation $250,000+ commission based only About PRMG Mortgage PRMG Mortgage Sacramento : Where Champions Are Made!
