In this key role, you will join a team of experienced Mortgage Underwriters who support Outline in delivering a top-notch customer service experience while building relationships with our referral and lender partners. You will be responsible for working with lenders, lawyers, clients, and team members to ensure that we meet and exceed our customer service objectives throughout the entire client journey.
