As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic food and beverage location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon06:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual circumstances.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or site personnel regarding incidents or security-related matters as needed.
• Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
