Job Summary: On-Call Security GuardWe are currently seeking a professional and dependable On-Call Security Guard to support our team on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment during variable shifts. As an on-call team member, you will play a critical role in protecting our premises, assets, and personnel by responding to security needs when scheduled or during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct patrols of the premises and maintain a strong security presence during assigned shifts
Monitor building access points to ensure entry is restricted to authorized individuals
Respond promptly to calls for assistance or incidents as needed
Identify and remove trespassers or individuals engaging in unauthorized activity
Monitor and operate surveillance systems and report any irregularities
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Accurately document daily activities and security incidents in detailed reports

Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a related field is preferred
Solid understanding of public safety practices and emergency response protocols
Ability to work independently and maintain professional composure during high-pressure situations
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills; must be able to produce clear, concise incident reports
Proficient with surveillance and access control equipment
High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
Flexible availability for varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays on short notice
