Job Opportunity: Part-Time Custodians

The Austin Area School District is looking for two part-time custodians for the 2025-2026 school year. We have one shift available from 3 PM to 7 PM and another from 5 PM to 9 PM. Custodians are responsible for performing routine custodial duties throughout assigned areas of the school building and assisting with the maintenance of outdoor grounds when necessary.

Schedule:

• 20-25 hours per week
• Evening shifts during the school year
• Daytime shifts during the summer

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• All candidates must obtain the following current clearances (dated within one year):
• Act 34 (Criminal History)
• Act 151 (Child Abuse)
• Act 114 (FBI Fingerprinting)
