Peds - Gastroenterology Opening in Phoenix, AZ FQHC About the Opening:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Experienced and new grads welcome
• Community based, University affiliated teaching facility, with ACS verified and State designated Level 1 Adult Trauma, Level 2 Pediatric Trauma, and ABA verified Burn Center in the metropolitan Phoenix area.
• The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of pediatric GI and hepatology disorders; demonstrated skills in the full gamut of pediatric GI endoscopic and other procedures.
• Spanish language proficiency would be beneficial, but not required.
• The hospital is committed to top notch pediatric care and has a Pediatric ED, NICU, PICU and Pediatric Acute Care Unit.
• Position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with high acuity adult and pediatric patients while supervising and teaching emergency medicine and surgery residents, CRNAs, student nurse anesthetist, and medical students.
• This teaching exposure creates opportunity for physicians to apply to university affiliations for academic appointment.
