Pediatric Surgeon
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $550000.00 - $600000.00

A local healthcare system in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Surgeon to join its team. This position offers a balanced practice within a supportive and flexible clinical environment. The group fosters an outstanding work-life balance for a full-time surgeon while working and residing in one of the most desirable metropolitan areas in the US. Currently practicing surgeons and 2026 Pediatric Surgery fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply.

  OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

• Full-time position with a mix of bread-and-butter and high complexity cases, including oncology and neonatal surgery. No trauma or ECMO.
• A supportive clinical team, with all pediatric subspecialists on-site for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Dedicated Pediatric OR suite with a daily add-on room available.
• No In-house call: Single-site after-hours call coverage one night per week and one weekend per month
• Opportunities for teaching and research, if desired
• Competitive compensation that is not based on RVUs or case volume
