This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $20/hour - $22.90/hour

Job Responsibilities

Support & manage day-to-day operational Billing, Pricing, and Reporting activities within Pest and/or Ecolab legacy divisions
Ensure timely & accurate processing of billing/invoicing: Pest and/or Ecolab legacy divisions
Ensure timely & accurate processing of price implementation requests for Ecolab legacy divisions
Support Pest Billing or Ecolab Legacy Billing related e-mail boxes
Interact with other departments, customers and/or outside agencies to resolve billing related or impacted challenges
Assist in orienting and training Billing team associates – virtually & in-person
Assists in testing, system implementation and valuation of system rules – general project support as requested
Process Improvements & general process documentation
Support close periods (month, quarter, year)
Metric & KPI tracking

Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs and meet customer expectations

Ability to operate multiple software applications, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access

Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED required.
0-2 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business field -OR- 2+ years previous experience in credit, finance/accounting or related field (relevant education may be substituted in part)
