Run sharp, no-nonsense candidate conversations that get to the truth.
Use AI tools to sharpen the edge-not replace your judgment.
Solve real business problems, not just fill empty chairs.
What You Need

Proof you've done this before and won.
Nerves to qualify hard and say no when it matters.
Organizational discipline that doesn't slip.
The grit to take rejection, regroup, and go again.
