The Role:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team at 52x Consulting. You will focus on sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier construction professionals, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to the growth of our boutique agency.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for construction roles across multiple clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including interviews, offers, and onboarding support
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative talent acquisition strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our CRM

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (construction experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, boutique agency environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
