Food Service & Dishwashing Associate

Location: Redmond, OR
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service & Dishwashing Associate to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment while ensuring patients receive meals that meet their dietary needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes using a commercial dishwashing setup.
• Deliver meals to patient rooms according to instructions.
• Verify patient name and dietary information to ensure accuracy of meal delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Push meal carts and transport food safely throughout the facility.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid food handler's certification.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Pleasant, positive demeanor with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
