About Us:Segues is a trusted senior move management company with over 26 years of experience helping older adults and their families navigate the emotional and logistical aspects of downsizing and relocating. Our compassionate team supports clients through every step of their transition with professionalism, patience, and care.Position Summary:As a Relocation Specialist, you will work primarily fellow relocation specialists to provide hands-on support with various stages of our clients relocation or decluttering journey including but not limited to, packing, organizing, downsizing, and setting up their new home. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys meaningful work, problem-solving, and bringing calm to what can be a stressful time for our clients.This position requires travel within the state of Wisconsin and occasionally northern Illinois. Employees are offered mileage reimbursement and travel compensation.Key Responsibilities:Provide professional packing and unpacking services with care and attention to detail.Assist clients with sorting, organizing, and making decisions about household belongings.Support clients in the downsizing process, including donation and disposal coordination.Help plan and set up the new home, ensuring comfort, safety, and familiar surroundings.Handle client belongings respectfully and with discretion at all times.Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and their families.Maintain a clean, organized work environment during moves.Collaborate with team members to execute smooth and efficient move days. Qualifications:Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanorespecially with older adults.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift and carry boxes and furniture (typically up to 40 lbs). Ability and comfort to walk up and down stairs. Ability to work while standing up to 8 hours. Ability to reach, grab, fold, bend, squat as role requires.Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments.Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.Exceptional attendance and reliability.Experience in caregiving, professional organizing, moving services, or working with seniors is a plus.
